We strive to process all orders within 2-3 business days. However, during periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 7 days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by these factors

Incorrect Address Policy

It’s important to double-check your shipping information before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Missing apartment numbers will result in the package being returned to us by the carrier.

If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct it. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may choose to:

a. Pay an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

b. Request a refund for the product cost, minus the original shipping fee.
